    Hi Ishna, Nice to meet you. That's fab that you are 100 per cent raw. I am on the way, but not there yet. I am in UK also. How do manage in the winters? Do you go to any potlucks? I have been a to a few. They are great for meeting like minded people. Speak later.

    Hi am fine thanks, have been on holiday this week Fell walking etc. I competed at Judo on and off for 25 years, and competed while on a Raw Food diet for about 3 years. I had all the energy and power I needed for this very demanding sport on my raw diet. I have never had any serious illnesses, and my immune systm deals with any any minor colds or flu within 48 to 72 hours. Hope that your family try a raw food adventure with you, chat later

    Hi! how are you? Thanks for adding me as a friend. I've never been outside the united States. It is awsome you are 100% raw foodist. It is hard for me being around a family who loves meat. I'm alone here with my raw eating. None of my friends and family believe me about the benifits of raw food. Talk to you later.
