    hey there, that's cool you make hats; all kinds? i dig scally caps;-) are you near asheville? i think there's a raw restaurant there..it's also a cool town. not much here either in the way of raw restaurants, altho there are a couple that have raw dishes on the menu...i'm from NYC so when i go back there from time to time i try to hit Pure Food & Wine, which is an amazing place. the longer i'm raw i find i'm less interested in "raw dishes" and more into mono-meals or simple stuff...like kale salad w/ chiles avos & tomato..yum:-) pleased to meet you! -g
