How did you start eating raw?	I was startled i think 3/28/2009 by the fact that my fatty liver = 100% chance Diabetes is in my near future (especially considering my family history)... So while trying to find a cure for my liver and a host of other minor aliments, I stumbled across the truth on youtube about Raw Food.. It seems while yes, it will take time, 100% of my ailments will go away with 100% Raw food... And that is what I'm researching now!
