dear Heart... I noticed your interest in classical Indian music... and ethnobotany! I studied sarod in India for a short time and am a curious psychonaut like yourself. Grandmother Aya has taught me a thing or two and I'm always scheming ways to merge with her again. I would love to share experiences with you. I'm transitioning myself to a raw diet after 5 years in vegandom and another few as vegetarian. I've dabbled before but my body is moving into living foods in a serious way and I'm starting to finally get it. Sending you sweetness and shantih... om, Ally.

Hi Izmar, Thank you for adding me as a friend! I read your profile and can relate to what you said about about greens vs. veggies. I am pretty sure they meant leafy greens as opposed to root veggies, etc. Leafy greens really changed things for me and I was lucky enough that the first raw book I ever read was Green for Life by Victoria Boutenko- I highly recommend it:-) How is life in the Netherlands these days? I have never been but have always wanted to visit. Have you ever been to the States? Emily www.rawbreakthrough.com
