| How did you start eating raw? | some 18 years back I was suffering with chronic Kidney stone problem.Somehow I developed interests in naturopathy after reading books of various authours and decided to go on Grape Cure Fast,after 3 weeks on Grapes plus water(Nothing else),a heavy lots of tiny stones passed through urine on 22nd day of my fast,since that day I have become a firm believer in raw foods soon after I went on 100% raw foods and maintained for 5 years having witnessed the wonders like replacing /growing fresh nails my grey hairs turning to black with glowness in skin whithout any wrinkle,bubbling energy with stamina of daily fast walk upto 35 to 40 kms.I really feel unfortunate to break this rotuine changing to cooked food. May be an inspiring/motivating friend's sharing thoughts will remind and regenerate will power inside me to change to 100% raw again. |
